Use | Use AB-1 is mainly used for bottom and middle layer finishing. AM-1 is mainly used as a middle-layer finish, and AT-1 is mainly used as a top-layer finish. This series of products to climate adaptability, coating heat resistance, cold resistance is superior,-20~30 ℃ does not crack the pulp. Not viscous at 40 ℃. And can be in 80~120 deg C ironing. The coating is wear-resistant, water-resistant, solvent-resistant, and flex-resistant. Strong adhesion, good gloss, feel comfortable. The AB-1 resin emulsion has fine particles, uniform and fine film formation, softness, large elongation, good covering, elasticity, firm adhesion, excellent cold resistance, and self-crosslinking function, suitable for bottom and middle layer finishing paste. AM-1 resin coating is hard, should be used as middle-level slurry, can also be used as the bottom of a slurry, good leveling. AT-1 resin film is hard, high tensile strength, elongation is small, can replace casein, protein dry, shellac, nitrocellulose and other extinction materials used alone for top coating. The coating has good gloss, smooth and comfortable feel. |

React at 80-90 ℃ for 10 minutes, then start adding the second layer of monomer (methyl acrylate: styrene: diethylene glycol butyl acrylate=100:25:1). After adding, add a small amount of initiator methyl persulfate, and add a certain amount of emulsifier and initiator. React at around 80 ℃ for 40 minutes. After adding, heat up to 90-100 ℃ and keep it warm for 1 hour to obtain the product.

After adding, the temperature is raised to 90~100 ℃, and the temperature is kept for 1h to obtain the product.
